Delays in communication or access may impact project timelines and results.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be clearly outlined in proposals or invoices. Unless otherwise stated:

  • Fees must be paid in advance or as agreed

  • Delayed payments may result in service suspension

  • Advertising budgets (Google Ads, Meta Ads) are separate from service management fees

  • All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing

RamjanDigital reserves the right to revise pricing for ongoing services with prior notice.

5. No Guaranteed Results

Digital marketing performance depends on numerous factors beyond our control, including:

  • Industry trends

  • Budget allocation

RamjanDigital does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volume, leads, or sales outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RamjanDigital and its owner, Ramjan Alam, shall not be liable for:

  • Business interruptions

Liability, if any, will be limited to the amount paid for services during the most recent billing period.

  • Illegal activities are detected

Upon termination, outstanding payments remain due.
